Allegations that the talking points about the Benghazi terrorist attack were altered to mislead the general public, that the IRS was unfairly targeting conservative "Tea Party" groups and that the Attorney General secretly subpoenaed the phone records of hundreds of AP journalists have all recently come to light.

	Yes, she is the front running democrat. No, talking points and stories have been embellished historically by all administrations. Not Sure.

4)	In the Watergate scandal, President Nixon used his personal power to subject his enemies to income tax audits. Do you think the current IRS scandal is Obama’s Watergate?
	Yes, Obama used the IRS to violate the rights of groups that are known to oppose him. No, the large volume of new tax exempt political groups that formed leading up to the election warranted a much closer look. Not Sure.

5)	The Attorney General subpoenaed the phone records of hundreds of AP journalists in the wake of a leak of classified information. Do you feel this was justified under the circumstances?
	Yes, classified information was leaked that could put American lives in Afghanistan in jeopardy; the source needs to be found. No, the subpoena demonstrates an abuse of power and reveals the current level of government snooping on American citizens. Not Sure.
